Course Description

A two-day intensive program that helps managers develop key effective coaching skills: reflection and value-neutral feedback and issue diagnosis, active listening, 3-part “I” messages, and collaborative problem-solving. Instruction with PowerPoint, structured activities in small and large groups, action planning and discussion groups are utilized. (Assessment utilized: DiSC®)

  • Learn and become more comfortable and confident with the coaching model

  • Practice coaching through numerous role plays

  • Create effective Actions Plans and accountability
