Candace has facilitated workshops with numerous organizations, including international organizations such as SGL Group, Zedef, REPower, Gieseche and Devrient, to delineate a transformational process using a variety of in-depth self-awareness tools and activities.  Participants learned strategies for continuous development through extensive assessment, group discussions, self-reflection, small group activities and personal coaching.  

She has designed and facilitated a process, including workshops and individual coaching, for a major utility to measure and improve emotional intelligence for senior leadership.  This popular program led to measurable differences in identifying, using, understanding and managing emotions.

She designed, developed and facilitated residential workshops to scores of Non-Profit Managers through the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay built on a model of emotional intelligence.  Created development processes to build on strengths and overcome challenges using the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi) and 360º Feedback which were combined with outdoor activities, conceptual learning, and one-of-one feedback and coaching to link behavioral patterns to organizational outcomes.

Candace received her A.B.D. PhD. in Communication at Indiana University. Candace has taught at Indiana University and University of Norte Dame, and currently is an adjunct faculty member at the University of South Florida.
