Barry Coleman
Barry Coleman is a results-oriented organization development consultant, trainer and facilitator with more than 25 years of experience. Barry has a proven track record of helping business leaders and managers meet their specified goals and achieve excellence. He does this by taking validated frameworks and theories and tailoring them to needs of his clients.
Barry has educated himself on leader and team development and uses his deep, rich knowledge to co-create a plan for his clients to meet their goals and develop their untapped potential. He empowers his clients so they are able to immediately implement the tools and strategies that are devised in conjunction with their development and business goals.
He has had outstanding results with large and small groups by building transparent, respectful and collaborative relationships. Barry has done extensive work in the financial industry having spent fifteen years with Wells Fargo as a change management consultant and Human Resources Manager. Currently, he conducts management training for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Other organizations that have benefitted from his expertise include: Washington Hospital Center, Howard Hughes Medical Institute, Department of Energy, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, National Institutes of Health, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Labor and Sodexo Inc.
Barry develops and facilitates strategic programs based on his own professional experience and additional training. This includes certifications from the Center for Creative Leadership Assessments and Georgetown University’s Executive Leadership Coaching Program. He also is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator; Dimension Development Inc. Targeted Selection; Achieve Global-Leadership and Management Training Programs; and Strength Deployment Inventory and Emotional Intelligence 2.0 by TalentSmart.
