Karen Richardson

Consultant

Karen Richardson is a senior-level organizational development consultant with over twenty years in the field. Her expertise has been gained by providing both internal and external consulting and project management in the areas of selection, performance management and career development systems; competency model development; program and curriculum design; skill-based training; change leadership; and leadership assessment and development. International experience includes implementing cross cultural leadership and team development programs for Tropicana Asia Pacific and Tropicana Europe.

Karen has been selected as the 2008-2009 Roundtable facilitator for the Public Works department of Sarasota in their Partnership Program with engineering firms contracted to improve Sarasota County roads. Karen has an ongoing contract with USF MBA program to teach and coach students in Career and Professional Development.

Currently Karen is volunteering with the BRAIVE project, a national project that awards grants to organizations supporting US military veterans and their families coming home from Iraq, Afghanistan and other areas of the Middle East. Karen is a military brat having lived in Asia and Europe as a teenager.
